A lot of people suffer because they were not fortunate enough to be thought the truth. Others suffer because they are too stubborn to adjust to change.
Particularly for igbos, our lives are wired according to our ancestral dictates this is regardless of whether we believe in it or not.

This is the spirits directives following one into this world. At birth your onye uwa has vow of vocation he or she wants you to accomplish. Perhaps this vocation might be the trade he/she was involved in in their time or something he/she has aspired to actualize but couldn't. For this reason he took the vow that in their next life they must accomplish same.
